Let's talk.

If it lives where food, culture, and the future meet — a stage, a classroom, a brand, a story — I want to hear about it. I read everything that comes through this page.

Signature Talks & Workshops

What I speak about.

Every talk is adapted to the room — conference keynote, classroom workshop, executive session, or community event.

The Scannable Shelf

What the 2027 barcode shift means for food brands — and how to own the scan instead of wasting it. For CPG, retail, packaging, and product-data teams.

Culture Is the Doorway

Heritage-first nutrition education that actually sticks — the research, the pilot results, and why identity is the most underused tool in health education.

Teaching the Future

Spatial computing in real classrooms — what actually works, what's hype, and how schools can start without a big budget. Live headset demos available.

From Scratch

Building evidence-based programs people love — the honest story of founding a nonprofit, writing the curriculum, and measuring what matters.

For Organizers & Press
